Nurturing Neurodiversity Workshops and Groups

We are excited to announce that we are launching a series of workshops and small groups for people with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Sometimes people find it beneficial to engage with others in understanding how a condition affects them. Although it can be anxiety provoking attending workshops and groups with people who are unfamiliar, we take this into account.

The workshops and groups combine a psycho-educational component to better understand your condition and how to manage it, with therapeutic elements to explore how it has affected you through your life personally and practice ways to regulate emotions and overcome barriers that make it hard to live a satisfying life.

With a small number of other people, you will have the opportunity to learn together through shared and varied experience and reflect upon ways to progress through life with self-compassion and hope.

We believe our approaches unique in that we combine a cognitive model with somatic and creative practice. Please enquire and Emma will provide you with more details.
