Terms and Conditions for Training Workshops
- The term ‘training workshop’ means the training that Dr Theresa Nicholas has discussed with her client and agreed to endeavour to deliver at a given date, time and, location and for specific duration.
- I will communicate or meet with the client within 2 weeks of a request for a training workshop booking to discuss requirements.
- I will provide a basic plan and estimate of cost within 2 weeks after the initial meeting or communication.
- Any amendments made to the agreed requirements and training schedule may necessitate a re-estimate of the details and cost. If a client decides to cancel following this please note that the terms of cancellations will be upheld.
- Materials will be available to delegates on the day of the training workshop unless alternative arrangements have been agreed beforehand.
- My fees for training workshops are £100 per hour plus additional costs for materials (this is typically approximately £20 per person) and venue bookings if requested.
- In typical circumstances I require 8 weeks’ notice to deliver a training workshop.
- Clients will not be charged if they cancel a booking with more than 8 weeks’ notice.
- Once agreed, if a client cancels their training workshop giving less than 2 weeks’ notice I will charge a cancellation rate of the full cost of the training workshop.
- For cancellations over 2 weeks and up to 8 weeks’ notice I will charge 50% of the total cost.
- My fees are non-negotiable and not subject to your satisfaction with the training workshop.
- All fees are payable within 30 days. Alternative payment schedules need to be agreed in advance.
- By agreeing either verbally or in writing (including email) with a booking for a training workshop you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
